BOOKING & CLEANING

How do I book a cleaning appointment?

You can book a cleaning appointment by completing the form on our booking page or by calling us directly on 718 844 3573

How long will cleaning take?

Cleaning time depends on the space and cleaning requested. Check our pricing page for a list of services provided and estimated clean times. Still unsure? Give us a call and we can quote.

Is there a timeframe/cleaning window?

We operate on schedule, we book cleanings any time from 7am to 7pm Moondays through Saturdays.

What if I need my space cleaned urgently?

Generally, we need at least 24 hours notice to book a cleaning. But give us a call, cleaning your space is our priority!

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No! We do the chores so you can keep living. We will, however, need access into your apartment - spare keys or door codes will be required if you can't be there.

Can I set up a recurring service?

Absolutely! To set up recurring service you can either give us a call on 718 844 3573 or select the recurring service option on the form on the booking page

What we don't do

Wet wiping light bulbs – time and risk of breakage is too high
Putting dishes away to reduce risk of breakage

PRICING & PAYMENT

How do I make payment?

We accept cash, cheque and credit card payments.

How much will you charge me?

We charge based on the size of your space and the cleaning service requested. Our base fee is $45/hr.

MAIDS & SUPPLIES

What should I provide?

The items our cleaners do not provide are mops and vacuums. If your cleaning includes floor mopping and vacuuming, please provide a mop and a vacuum.

What kind of products do you use?

We only use eco-friendly, non-toxic products. If you have particular products you prefer, please specify so during booking and provide the products for our cleaners.

When will the maids arrive?

You specify a start time during booking. Any time between 7am and 7pm. Running behind? Give us a call to update to the time.

Who are the maids?

All our maids are carefully vetted before they become part of our team and are 100% trusted to do the job right.

Can I get the same maid for recurring services?

Yes, you can! We try our best to always send the same cleaners to the same job. That way your preferences are noted so that your apartment is cleaned to your satisfaction each time.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND FEEDBACKS

What's your cancellation policy?

We know things happen but we still have to pay our cleaners. If you cancel 24 hours before your booking time, we do not charge a cancellation fee. anytime within 24 hours of your booking we charge a $60 cancellation fee. If you are running late, our cleaners will only wait 15 minutes for you, after that we will charge the cancellation fee.
